Ski Hard Play Hard In Whistler - The Blast
6 days
Whistler’s excellent snow record and the biggest skiable area in Canada and the US keeps the resort at the top of the list of North America’s best ski resorts. First class hotels, a car-free village and some of the best chefs in Canada also helps.
This Whistler package is designed for those who like to ski all day and then sample the best of Whistler’s restaurants, pubs and activities. Enjoy a fondue dinner one evening then head out into the mountains on a snowmobile tour the next.
All of our skiing in Canada packages are fully customizable. Ask a Fresh Tracks expert for details if you are interested in adding special tours.

ITINERARY
Day 1 – Welcome to the West Coast - Your Whistler Ski Package Begins
Welcome to Vancouver - one of the world’s most livable cities! Begin your spectacular journey, winding along the Pacific Coast to Whistler resort via the Sea to Sky highway.
The 2010 Olympics will be hosted by Whistler prompting an increased range of hotels. Fresh Tracks staff have visited all the best hotels and can offer expert advice on location, facilities whatever your budget.
If you would like your gear set up and ready for you at the rental shop, simply provide us with your details in advance. If you like to change your equipment depending on the conditions, this is no problem and gear can be exchanged on a daily basis.
Day 2 – The First Early Morning on your Canada Ski Vacation
Be one of the first down the mountain - the Fresh Tracks early bird buffet breakfast allows exclusive access to Whistler Mountain before the crowds are allowed onto the gondola.
The complimentary Whistler Blackcomb tours each morning are a great way to get acquainted with the 8100 acres of skiing terrain and more than 200 runs. The Whistler host will pass along interesting information and show you the best runs for that days conditions.
As sunlight fades Whistler Village comes alive - people-watch on one of the many heated decks, settle into a comfy lounge and recount the days adventures or listen to live music.
Day 3 – Ski & Snowmobiling in Whistler Resort
This year Whistler Blackcomb welcomes the completion of the Peak to Peak gondola - the world’s widest and highest of its type. This addition now allows skiers to transfer from one peak to the other in a mere eleven minutes - to enjoy the varying terrain found on either mountain.
Tonight’s exciting experience included in your Whistler ski package is a nocturnal foray into Fitzsimmons Creek Valley by snowmobile. Experienced guides lead you along moonlit trails into a mid mountain playground.
Day 4 – Whistler Fresh Tracks
After a fresh snowfall we understand how irresistible it is to beat the crowds up the mountain - so we included a second Fresh Tracks Breakfast in this Whistler vacation package. Even without fresh snowfall having the unadulterated corduroy in front of you is a bonus.
Day 5 – Whistler & Fondue Dinner
After a day on the slopes you will have worked up an appetite. The Fondue evening at Whistler’s Bavaria Restaurant is a favourite night out for the Fresh Tracks staff. We like the ‘authentic’ decor and the ‘traditional’ outfits worn by staff - but most of all we like the easy-going ambiance and celebrating with friends.
Day 6 – Depart with Fond Memories
Wake up this morning with enough time to hit the slopes for one assault on the mountain. Or have a well deserved late start, then enjoy brunch before winding down the scenic highway for Vancouver and your flight home.
