Contrary to popular opinion not all Canadians effortlessly take to skis before they can walk ... some of us choose to snowboard.
Winter sports are more of a passion and a lifestyle than merely a sport for many in Canada and Vancouverites love getting outdoors in winter as much as in summer.
Fresh tracks have been selling ski vacations in Canada for eight years and our staff are keen skiers and snowboarders. Self-confessed powder addicts who love to share their knowledge of Canada's ski resorts and slopes.

I'm an avid skier and snowboarder who has tested out all the slopes around BC and Alberta.
- Although a skier from the tender age of 5, now snowboards exclusively.
- Sticks to the slopes of the West Coast tackling runs between the bunny hill and the black diamonds.
- Thinks nothing beats a cold beer after a long day on the hill, and makes the most of any ski vacation with late night dancing as well as early morning powder.

Having had roughly 300 days of riding in the past 8 years, I'm definitely a self proclaimed expert on the skiing in Western Canada.

- Favourite ski memories include 3 feet of fresh champagne powder overnight at Fernie, and braving 48 degree slopes riding a mini avalanche to safety.
